Day 01 (Sat/ Wed): Delhi - Rishikesh Morning leave Delhi to reach Rishikesh
by evening. On arrival Check-in at the hotel . Evennig at leisure. Dinner and
overnight stay at the hotel. Day 02 (Sun/ Thu): Rishikesh - Uttarkashi
Morning after breakfast drive further 155 kms to reach Uttarkashi. On arrival,
check-in at Shikhar Nature Resort (SNR), located at the Bank of River Bhagirathi
(Ganges), welcome tea/coffee and allotment of the tents. After lunch proceed for
sightseeing of Uttarkashi- visit Nehru Institute of Mountaineering , Vishwanath
temple ( this temple is devoted to Lord Shiva. The main attraction of this
temple is the Shivling which is 60 cm high & 90 cm circumference). Evening,
explore the nature through a walk in the nearby mountains. Camp fire and
overnight at Camp. Day 03 (Mon/ Fri): Uttarkashi/ Harsil / Uttarkashi Early
Morning wake up call for yoga & meditation. After breakfast proceed for a day
trip to Harsil with packed lunch (at an average elevation of 2600 Mt, Harsil is
a village with panoramic view, having Apples, Orchids & old temples. Take a
short walk to Mukhba village to see the replica of Gangotri Temple. Enroute
visit Gangani (Noted for its Sulphur springs and close-up views of famous
mountain peaks) Arrive Uttarkashi in the evening. Camp fire dinner and the
resort. Day 03 (Tue/ Sat): Uttarkashi/ Delhi Morning after breakfast drive
back to Delhi via Mussoorie Optional: Gangotri Day Trip (on
Day 03) @ Rs. 800 per person
(Cost includes: Transportation by non A/C Jeep from Uttarkashi/ Gangotri /
Uttarkashi & packed Lunch. ) Extention Tour: Mussoorie: 02
Night/ 03 Days (Depart from Uttarkashi on Day 04 and proceed to Mussoorie for 02
nights stay.) Cost includes:
- Twin share accommodation on Bed + breakfast basis.
- Transportation from Uttarkashi to Mussioorie.
- All applicable taxes.
